"I started doing Clinical Pilates at the Physiotherapy Clinic Physiokinesis about 2 years ago, it was essential for my physical well-being and not only that, it made me re-educate my posture, relieving pain and tension, also important in muscle strengthening, consequently, more energy and day-to-day well-being. The physical recovery and care provided by the clinic's Physiotherapists are effective and accurate, with a professionalism that is not easy to find, the results are sought after each. Without a doubt Trust. Thank you! "

" My experience is completely positive!!! I have significant improvements due to my sessions. The atmosphere is welcoming and I think it's important that some of the exercises are suited to everyone's problems. Keep up the good work! "
Isabel Braz, 61 years
" I started a treatment for a foot drop condition with a marked immobilization in flexion, which caused me to fall in gait and stop sporting activity altogether. My physiotherapist, Dr. Rebeca Jomori, has been excellent and, with the few sessions that we performed, I regained my gait and managed to gradually restore the exercise. I recognize the professionalism, the excellent service, the attentive support, the dedicated treatment and the continuous care that I have received. It has been thanks to the treatments at Clínica Physiokinesis that I have the equipment for the neuro-motor recovery, and Rebeca's follow-up, encouragement and confidence that I was able to make the recovery. I'm sincerely grateful for that. "
Pedro Albuquerque Cruz, 45 years
" Physiokinesis: Physiotherapy of excellence. Personalized service with great competence! Attentive and always attentive team. Special thanks to Daniela for the work she did with me. I owe her the quick recovery I had in both shoulder tendonitis. Congratulations for all the personalized work that they do here. They will always be my choice."
Angelina Morais, 50 years
" Daniela, Five years with your own clinic, congratulations! I have been a client all this time and continue to be impressed by the professionalism and friendliness. Presently I am making excellent progress after major surgery for a spinal injury according to the Neurosurgeon who operated on me, assisted in no small way by the expertise of you and colleagues at Physiokenisis. Thank you Daniela & colleagues. "
Guy Brown, 75 years
" A few years ago, Daniela Bonança was instrumental in my recovery from surgery on my left knee. Since then - as time goes by... - life has brought me new ailments and made me return to her care, with her already installed in her own and model clinic: the Physiokinesis. I, naturally, older and more spent; she, always the same. I am happy to write these brief lines, because it is nothing but the most elementary justice and the most authentic truth to bear witness to how much I owe to their high technical competence, their wide range of scientific knowledge and their human qualities of sympathy and understanding. Each physiotherapy session thus becomes one of the highlights of the weeks that follow without much reason joy. I leave each one as if I had recovered a good part of the old happiness of living. How grateful I am to you, Daniela! "
Pedro Ribeiro de Menezes, 81 years
Former Ambassador of Portugal
" I got to know Physiokinesis through the hands of Daniela Bonança. Some physiotherapy sessions significantly relieved the pain and, weeks later, consolidated the recovery. Good results were obviously due to the competence and professionalism of the physiokinesis team. Now I regularly do Pilates sessions with Rebeca José and I am sure I made the right choice. Even from a distance, the cadence, variety of exercises and personalized attention were maintained, in addition to the good atmosphere of the sessions. Congratulations to the Physiokinesis team and hope that it will continue for many years to contribute to the well-being and quality of life of people who seek it. "
Pedro Vilaça, 52 years
" Competence, professionalism, experience and friendliness. At Physiokinesis I found all this at the level of excellence. An exceptional team that I strongly advise. "
Michela Degortes, 48 years
" My experience at Physiokinesis was and continues to be fantastic. As a patient I found attentive and highly competent professionals who managed to solve a disabling problem in my left shoulder. They represent a moment of decompression of my sedentary work, freeing the body and mind. Rebeca's gaze, attentive to every small problem that may arise, guides the classes, reaching the maximum efficiency with lightness and sympathy. Not even the pandemic managed to break the good rhythm of the classes, thanks to the virtual meetings that managed to maintain, despite everything, proximity and psycho-physical benefit. Thank you Physiokinesis! Thank you to Daniela and Rebeca! And Congratulations!! "
Giuseppina Raggi, 54 years
" Birthdays are a reason for celebration and fond memories. Another year is completed and we are certain that the work developed over these five years has been done with commitment, dedication, honesty and the greatest professionalism! The Physiotherapy area with the Clinical Pilates area is excellent and we can only recommend the clinic and its fantastic team to our family and friends, which is actually what we have been doing since we were fortunate enough to meet them and for four years now ! Today is the birthday of all those who have contributed to this success, employees and customers! May the future start now and reserve even more success and the satisfaction of all your customers! "
Margarida e António Fernandes, 65 and 66 years

” I just returned to my first proper jogging-run in a year with no pain thanks to Rebeca and Physiokinesis! After discovering the symptoms of plantar fasciitis last summer and going through therapy on my own for 9 months I almost gave up before contacting the clinic and almost immediately after the first visit I could feel an improvement. Rebeca confirmed and diagnosed not only my injury but also the reason for it. With her holistic treatment in combination with the exercises she gave me I could feel improvement on a weekly basis until now, after a few months when I feel completely restored. Always with a happy smile, encouraging and in a relaxed environment Rebeca made me realize that hard work, not only from the therapist, but also from the patient pays off. ”
Morgan Johansson, 46 years

In prevention and recovery, we will continue here :) Thank you Physiokinesis! "
